​The end text is displayed after the survey responses have been submitted, and is most commonly used to thank the participants. Again, there is a default text, but you can write whatever you want. 

You also have to option of recruiting a client panel. If you want to know more about client panels, you can check out this article. Save your changes before moving on.

Now it's time to leave the content of the survey and look at the settings for it's behavior and appearance.
