In this part, we’ll go through all the settings that should be in place before you start collecting data. Some settings are general, such as implementing script and adding more users, while others are specific to surveys, such as adding logo and privacy policy.

You may already have found some of these settings, and in that case, you can skip those chapters. If you are done with the settings already, you can skip ahead to the next part, which is about analytics data. If you are not collecting analytics data, you can move on to heatmaps & session recordings or surveys.
