If your survey has free-text questions where your users can write their own answers, they might put in personal data.
Extellio has an automatic personal data detection system that flags free text answers that contain personal data. Flagged comments get reviewed by a team member at Extellio and any personal data is masked. If you've chosen to allow personal data the comments won't be flagged by our system and you're responsible to handle them according to your privacy policy.
If you see any personal data in your free text answers, you can easily report it by clicking the three dots next to the comment and then "Report personal data". Once it's been reviewed and masked you will be able to see it with the rest of your free text answers.
If a user searches for personally identifiable information on your website, like their name, e-mail address, or social security number it will show in the lists of keywords.
